3 bedrooms, all equipped with a sink and an Italian shower, 2 WCs, kitchen, dining room, living room, heated swimming pool, outdoor solar shower, 2 large terraces north (approx. 50 m2) and south (approx. 150 m2) .) hammock, deckchairs, beanbags, Weber barbecue, 150 cm LED TV, WIFI, ping pong table, fridge, freezer, traditional oven, microwave, various cookbooks, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes line, vacuum cleaner, classic coffee machine and "Nespresso" (think of your capsules!), soda stream, food processor, raclette maker, rice-cooker, kettle, toaster, induction hob, hair dryer, scale, food balance, various board games, books. Sheets (duvets) and towels are provided. Private parking for 2 cars.
New house entirely made of wood by an association of local artisans, all from the Tour de France of journeymen on duty.
It is located in a pine forest at the heart of a protected site 1.5 km by road and 900 m on foot from Lac d'Hourtin (the largest natural lake in France) to the East and 3 km from the ocean to the West. Bordeaux is 1 hour drive, its airport 55 min.
Arcachon is 1 hour and 15 minutes and Cap Ferret 1 hour.
